Dear Members of UNCE MathMAC,

The competition for the Nečas Center Awards for 2025 has been opened.
The application deadline is June 11, 2025, at 12:00 CET. Details can be found here:

Please encourage talented master’s students active in the following areas to apply:

  • Physical and engineering sciences → Professor Jan Kratochvíl Award
  • Numerical and computational mathematics → Professor Ivo Marek Award
  • Mathematical analysis of partial differential equations → Professor Jindřich Nečas Award

The award ceremony is planned for June 26 around noon.
